Man, I thought I would never see this day!!!! I must be a true gardener now.....I went to water my hanging baskets (I keep a 5/10 gal water w/fertilizer) on the patio. well....there floating on top of the water was a spider about the size of a dime (body only)...trying to just touch anything...after filling my watering can several times avoiding him at all cost....I got to thinking would I like it if someone saw me drowning and avoided me....next thought - all the bugs he might eat.....and lastly WWJD.....so I find a LONG stick and after several tries and a near drowning he manages to climb upon the stick....he puts a death grip on it...so I move him to a beautiful leaf and expecting him to hop right onto it....wrong....he's too tired - gradually he moves upon it and looks at me as if to say "thanks for not stomping me".....So much for a Tuesday!!!
He better not make that same mistake again - I'm really not sure what I would do....Sorry, God - I know you made him,,,but I'm weak!!! Love, Nana

I'm so proud of you! Never, NEVER, could I do that with a worm or snake. I repeat, NEVER!!
I think that's why God invented shoes, so we could step on them!
dont go soft if you see any at our house!
love it nana; of course it was thankful, you saved its life. now, if you ever get shrunk, you'll know who to call, or do whatever spiders to do communicate.
